The battery was recently replaced as far as I know. AND I have recently found out that the last owner put retarded underglow in the car (the flat kind stuck to the chassis).When you test it don't just shove the relay for the high beams in gentle press it in a little with the car on and the high beam switch moved to high beams. If by gently touching it to the relay socket it comes on it's a bad relay. I think it retails at a Hyundai dealer for about $16. Looking at HMAService DTC's for a 2005 GT tiburon, P0449 indicates either an issue with the Canister closing valve or with the the Canister Air-Filter being contaminated. Thanks for the info.
